By the end of Day 1, participants will have a foundational understanding of modern teaching practices and the transformative role of technology in education. They will be introduced to the importance of AI tools like ChatGPT and Grammarly in enhancing lesson planning and classroom engagement. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the changing landscape and the need to integrate digital literacy, lifelong learning, and AI-driven technologies into their teaching, fostering innovative and student-centered learning environments

By the end of Day 3, participants will be equipped to design and implement dynamic, technology-enhanced learning experiences that foster active student engagement. They will have developed at least one interactive teaching activity using tools like Padlet, Quizizz, or AI-driven platforms and created a role-playing or simulation exercise tailored to their discipline. Participants will confidently integrate gamification, problem-solving, and storytelling techniques into their teaching, with measurable improvements in student participation and learning outcomes.

By the end of Day 5, participants will have collaboratively designed and presented an inclusive, technology-enhanced lesson plan or project that integrates AI responsibly and effectively. They will demonstrate a clear understanding of how to leverage technology for diverse learning needs while addressing ethical challenges in AI integration. Participants will leave equipped with actionable insights, tools, and a commitment to fostering inclusive education, empowered to apply these practices in their professional contexts.

By the end of Day 2, participants will have developed a comprehensive understanding of blended and online learning methodologies, gained hands-on experience with tech-powered educational tools, and collaboratively designed a tech-augmented lesson plan. They will leave with actionable strategies to implement personalized and technology-enhanced teaching practices in their classrooms, measurable by their ability to present and receive constructive feedback on their lesson designs.

By the end of Day 4, participants will confidently design and implement innovative, technology-driven assessment and feedback strategies, including addressing student use of AI. They will create at least one actionable assessment plan leveraging modern tools, demonstrate a clear understanding of balancing formative and summative assessment approaches, and critically evaluate peer contributions to refine their methodologies. This outcome ensures measurable progress in integrating technology into education while fostering continuous improvement through constructive feedback.
